• Lead design and architecture for AI solutions, particularly GenAI copilots for Risk Analysts.

• Establish engineering standards, including code reviews and reusable patterns.
• Implement change that scales effectively across global operations.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture and AI.
• Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Vertex AI.
• Hands-on experience with Gemini and Claude frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in a related IT discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership in engineering standards.
